Conveniently located in Culver City, Grandview Palms will offer amenities and programs for seniors looking for that "special" residence. Located near shopping, transportation and health services, the community will feature tastefully decorated common areas complemented by large, spacious suites for our residents.
Included in one reasonable fee, residents enjoy three delicious meals each day, snacks and beverages, and a schedule of interesting activities for those who wish to participate.
Our community is unique in that we do not require a substantial move-in fee commonly required by other assisted living residences.

Immediately upon entering, our guests are invited in by the beauty of the Grand lobby with its massive fireplace. After that, it is up to each resident to decide which amenity to use first - whether it is the grand piano, the game room, the card room, the salon, the computer stations for e-mailing loved ones, or the exercise room with its numerous pieces of workout equipment. There is something for virtually each of our residents. But the choice of activities is always left to our residents.
For special occasions, a private dining room can be reserved. We encourage family involvement and participation. Special "family" events are scheduled several times a year.
Our residents and their loved ones will be comforted in the understanding of our commitment to our providing the best services possible. The care and attention to the needs and requirements of our residents are the first and foremost priority of the management and staff of Grandview Palms. Our philosophy of staff training includes making every effort to meet all of the social, emotional and health requirements of our residents.
Residents benefit from the scheduled transportation services. Transportation is available for scheduled doctors' visits, shopping or planned social activities.
For those who need it, Grandview Palms offers VIP suites for those afflicted with dementia or Alzheimer's disease.
