The calendar includes exercise class, bingo, crafts, cooking and reminiscing. Musicians, politicians, and educators are regular presenters. For your loved one with Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia, Governor's Village offers a memory care program. The compassionate staff are specifically trained in individualized care that provides appropriate security, structure and assistance to optimize quality of life.
Dining
In our elegant dining room residents choose from delicious, nutritionally balanced menus that accommodate special dietary preferences. Meals are served daily in the dining room at the resident's leisure or upon request in their suite. Coffee, juice and snacks are available throughout the day.
Health
For your health and comfort the nurse-supervised resident care assistants are available 24-hours a day to assist with dressing, eating, mobility, medication, monitoring, incontinence, hygiene and grooming, bathing, toileting and other activities of daily living. Conveniently attached to Governor's Village is Altercare of Mayfield Village Nursing Facility. Altercare provides skilled nursing care for temporary rehabilitation or long term stays.
