Grand Island Village will provide a full range of housing and health-care services for those 55 and older. We will offer three lifestyle arrangements to meet your specific needs: inviting spacious two or three-bedroom twin homes, one and two bedroom apartments; assisted living featuring charming one- bedroom suites, each with a full bath and kitchenette; and private and semi-private health-care rooms. On-campus therapy, home health and provide options for tailoring a lifestyle unique to your personal preferences. Unique to the Grand Island Village, the Community Center will be at the heart of the campus and connect to the apartments, assisted living, skilled nursing center, and therapy/rehab unit via covered walkways. Residents will be able to socialize with others without having to exit the building and brave the Nebraska weather.
