While Gatewood offers numerous amenities and exclusive features, our prices are comparable to regular apartments! Gatewood Apartments offers three different sized units to meet any desire. Choose from our efficiency apartments, one bedroom, or two bedroom apartments. Our apartments feature a full size kitchen, with all of the amenities as full size, frost-free refrigerator, dishwasher, electric range, and garbage disposal. In addition to the cabinet space in the kitchen, a convenient pantry is located next to the kitchen in the one-bedroom units. The two bedroom apartments have a large walk-in pantry with custom shelving available.
Residents are encouraged to custom decorate their apartment! We offer a choice of vertical blinds or beautiful drapes. The dining room in each apartment offers a choice between a Williamsburg chandelier or a ceiling fan with lights. Also, for an additional charge, we can install Berber carpet in your new home if you would like.
Gatewood apartments have a unique layout, unlike most apartments. Instead of opening your front door and seeing a parking lot, all of our apartments open into interior hallways. Built like an elegant, four-story hotel, all amenities are located inside.
