The Standard Plan
Friendship Village Tempe offers new residents the opportunity to secure their retirement lifestyle with the least capital investment.
The Standard Plan agreement allows for a portion of the original entrance fee to be refunded, depending upon the length of residency, should you decide to move from Friendship Village.
The Return of Capital® Plan
Friendship Village Tempe also offers a financial plan that helps you achieve financial freedom by allowing you to preserve your estate for your family.
Regardless of your length of residency at Friendship Village, the Return of Capital® Plan offers an 80% refundable entrance fee, returned to you or your estate.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
At Friendship Village, we're so confident you'll love our life care lifestyle, we offer a 100% resident Satisfaction Guarantee. If within one year of residing at Friendship Village you aren't completely satisfied, we'll refund 100% of your original entrance fee. This guarantee comes with either the Standard Plan or Return of Capital® Plan, and is subject to the terms of the residency agreement.
