Frasier Meadows Retirement Community offers an exceptional Boulder setting, an enriching lifestyle and an involved community. Since 1960, our community has provided quality services to seniors and is Boulder's only accredited continuing care retirement community. As a not-for-profit community, the needs of our residents always come first. Founded upon the principle of service, Frasier is committed to providing tangible benefits to our residents and to the greater Boulder community. Our residents in independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing (including memory care, respite and rehabilitation care) reflect the eclectic population of our university town. The Wellness Center, a state-of-the-art facility, is open to residents and members of the Boulder community aged 65 or older.
