A $250 Deposit is required to reserve your apartment home location.
Application fee is $30 per person. Lease term is month to month, six or twelve months. Security deposit on approved credit is $300 or $400 depending upon floorplan selected. Pet Deposit is $500. Covered carport rent is $40 per month. (Optional.)
All apartment homes include frost - free refrigerator, microwave, gas range, dishwasher and washer/ dryer connections. There are Community Laundry Rooms available on each floor in each building for your convenience.
Residents are responsible for the following utilities: Gas, electric, cable and phone service.
