Alzheimer's & Dementia Care Our Alzheimer's and dementia care program at Foulk Manor is called Bridge to Rediscovery. This award-winning program helps our residents continue to engage in the world around them and with others. Through individualized activities, and throughout the every day tasks of daily living, we encourage our Bridge to Rediscovery residents to find small achievements and ways to contribute, and to celebrate their successes. The program is based on the Montessori approach to education which helps each individual achieve success no matter the level.
