Apartments are based on a monthly rental, starting at $3,700 per month (add $850 for double occupancy).
Monthly rent includes three meals daily, weekly housekeeping and linen service, basic cable TV, all utilities except private telephone, social and recreational programs, unlimited use of all activity areas, scheduled transportation, staff available 24 hours a day to answer questions, emergency communication system, complimentary laundry facilities and apartment maintenance.
