PRICING INFORMATION FOR FAIRWINDS - COEUR D'ALENE /INDEPENDENT LIVING
Apartments are based on a monthly rental, starting monthly rate $1795 (add $500 for double occupancy).
Monthly rent includes the evening meal daily, weekly housekeeping and bed making service, staff available 24 hours a day to answer questions, emergency communication system, social and recreational programs, scheduled transportation, complimentary laundry facilities, unlimited use of all activity areas, cable TV, maintenance and all utilities except private telephone and electricity.
PRICING INFORMATION FOR FAIRWINDS - COEUR D'ALENE /ASSISTED LIVING
Apartments are based on a monthly rental, starting at $2,175 per month (add $500 for double occupancy).
As part of our Assisted Living services, Fairwinds - Coeur d'Alene is licensed by the state of Idaho and can provide minimal to moderate assisted living services. These services are in addition to the monthly rent and are based upon an assessment of individual needs and preferences. Evaluation of services provided to each resident is conducted with the resident on a regular basis by our staff.
In addition to amenities and services included in our standard rental package, residents in an assisted living apartment receive three meals daily, weekly linen service, electricity, emergency communication system and 24 hour oversight from our Health and Wellness Staff.
