Apartments are based on a monthly rental, starting
monthly rate $2,225
(add $750 for double occupancy).
Monthly rent includes one meal daily, weekly housekeeping, staff available 24 hours a day to answer questions, emergency communication system, social and recreational programs, scheduled transportation, laundry facilities, unlimited use of all activity areas, expanded cable TV, maintenance, off-street parking, and all utilities except private telephone.
