Apartments are based on a monthly rental, starting at $2250 per month (add $500 for double occupancy).
Monthly rent includes full service breakfast and choice of lunch or dinner, weekly housekeeping and linen service, staff available 24 hours a day to answer questions, emergency communication system, social and recreational programs, scheduled transportation, complimentary use of laundry facilities, unlimited use of all activity areas, expanded cable TV, maintenance, off-street parking, and all utilities except private telephone.
