Walking into our lobby is reminiscent
of a bygone era in Seattle. An exquisite entry features beautiful colors that
set the tone of the community. Soft lights, polished woods and selected artwork
complete the comfortable, nostalgic feeling. The building is surrounded by four
terraces including the Cascade Terrace with a trickling fountain and Pioneer
Square styled lamppost along with trellis seating. Residents can enjoy growing
their own colorful flowers and plants on the Garden Plaza.
A variety of floor plans are available
and no buy-in is required. Monthly rent includes utilities (except cable and
phone), weekly housekeeping and linen service, in-apartment emergency call service,
scheduled transportation, 24-hour staffing and three meals served daily in the
elegant restaurant-style Olympic Terrace dining room. When weather permits,
residents often enjoy dining outside.
