EPWORTH VILLAGE, an Independent and Assisted Living Facility (ALF), is related by faith to the Florida Conference, United Methodist Church. Epworth Village is operated by Quality Retirement Management.
Our skilled / intermediate care nursing home facility, Susanna Wesley Health Center, is located adjacent to Epworth Village and operated by Quality Healthcare Management.
The monthly charge is determined by the accommodation and services desired or available.
All applicants for residency in Epworth Village will submit a check equivalent to one month's rent upon reserving an apartment ready for occupancy. However, if the applicant cancels the reservation after paying the security deposit, the applicant will lose the deposit.

We at the Susanna Wesley Health Center are exceptionally proud of our modern facility and our dedicated staff. These men and women are selected not only for their professional skills but for their sensitivity and compassion for the special needs and emotions of the people who reside here.
This cheerful, contemporary 120 bed facility delivers the kind of consistent high – quality health care required by residents at this stage of their lives, exceeding present State requirements. The Susanna Wesley Health Center offers a number of important services, including in – house Physical, Speech and Occupational Therapy, as well as x – ray, diagnostic radiology, laboratory testing, ophthalmology, podiatry and dental services.
The Susanna Wesley Health Center is located at the Epworth Village Retirement Community. Come for a visit and experience our fresh, clean, home – like environment.
MANY EXTRAS ARE INCLUDED IN THE BASIC CHARGE
- MEALS – Nutritionally balanced meals served individually so that people choose what they wish to eat. All meals are low in salt. Special diets are available on request.
- NURSE ON DUTY – Emergency service and first – aid available 24 hours a day.
- WORSHIP – Interfaith Chapel Services 6 days a week; Communion service weekly. Vesper, Bible study and Counseling by the Chaplain.
- HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES – Every other week Housekeeping Services. Fully equipped laundry room in each apartment building.
- MAINTENANCE – Grounds are kept groomed and repairs are made in apartments (except personal belongings).
- SHOPS – Boutique, gift shop, and beauty and barber shop.
- TRANSPORTATION – Transportation to shopping centers. Transportation provided to doctors and other needs (by appointment) within our designated area.
- RECREATION ROOMS – Pool table, T.V. lounge, games, puzzles, library and fellowship hall.
- OUTSIDE RECREATION – Greenhouse, shuffle board, nine – hole putting green, heated swimming pool, walking trail and butterfly garden.
- TELEPHONE – Telephone furnished in every apartment. Operator will take messages when you are away.
- ACTIVITIES – Director of Activities supervises extensive arts and crafts programs, planned activities, games and excursions.
