Waiting List
To reserve an apartment or be placed
on the waiting list, prospective residents pay a reservation fee which is refundable
until the date of move-in when it is applied to the new resident move-in fee.
New Resident Move-in Fee
The move-in fee covers the following
services:
- Personal assessment that includes
a medical and nutritional review to determine the most appropriate service
package.
- Processing of all administrative
documentation, including health forms, pertinent personal information, physician
reports, and billing information.
- Establishment of a medication
management program.
- Preparation for all residency agreements.
- Orientation of Emeritus
at Stonecreek Lodge
by the staff and a review of the community handbook.
- Apartment cleaning and refurbishment
for normal wear at move-out.
Other Fees
For a second occupant living in the
same apartment, there will be an additional charge.

just for you. We also monitor your needs over time, and increase or decrease

Short Stay Care residents live in one of our fully furnished apartments with private bath for a few days, a weekend, or a month. During this time, our caring staff attends to their personal needs, from help with activities of daily living to medication management as needed. We also offer a wide range of activities to help residents stay active and make new friends.
