3 Meals per Day, Activities, Scheduled Transportation, Maintenance, Utilities excluding phone and cable TV, Laundry, Housekeeping and much more. Please see Amenities List.

PERSONAL CARE SERVICES are available with variable rates based on need, starting at $650 per person. Please see Assessment for Personal Care Services Rate Sheet.

EASTGATE MANOR OF ALGONQUIN participates in the Illinois Supportive Living program. Once a qualifying senior's finances are exhausted the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services will supplement funding toward the rent and personal care fees. This allows our senior to remain in their original apartment. Eastgate Manor staff gladly assists with the Illinois Department of Public Aid application.
