Assisted Living Services
Assisted Living Services are in addition to the monthly rent and are based upon an assessment of individualized needs and preferences. Evaluation of services provided is conducted on a regular basis by our staff along with the resident and their family member(s).

Personal Care Services
Courtyard Towers retirement community offers Personal Care services tailored to meet the individual needs of our residents. Our philosophy of care is based upon resident choice, dignity, privacy, individuality, and independence. We take a personalized approach, expanding our services when needed, to meet the requirements of each resident right here at home.

A service plan is developed by our staff, the resident and their family member(s), which coordinates a range of services to support the resident’s independence, self-direction and participation in decisions. Periodic evaluations are done by our Personal Care staff.

Each resident participating in the Personal Care program retains his or her own apartment, with long-cherished belongings.

Courtyard Towers offers Assisted Living services tailored to meet the individual needs of our residents. Courtyard Towers Senior Living Community has developed an individualized Enhanced Care program with the special needs of our Residents in mind. Our holistic approach is designed to recognize each Resident's interest and habits, while addressing any medical, physical and social challenges. Through special training, our staff members learn to detect changes in Resident needs and modify their care accordingly. Our health care services are provided to fit each Resident's individual needs, allowing our Residents to maintain a higher level of personal well being.
