Columbus Square Apartments is a 64-unit senior living development with all units subsidized through a HUD project-based age-restricted Section 8. The property is located at 8561 Columbus Avenue, North Hills, Los Angeles, California 91343. The development was originally built in 1969 and offers studio and one-bedroom units. All units are located within six two-story buildings. Senior services and activities are offered to all residents. Columbus Square Apartments was acquired by PPD in December 2008 for $6,000,000. Renovations were completed in May 2009.
