Alzheimer/Dementia
Canyon Creek's goal is to enable residents with Alzheimer's disease or related form of dementia to retain abilities, physical functioning, and enjoyment of life in our comfortable surroundings for as long as possible. Our Life Series Program promotes independence, dignity, and self-esteem through a caring staff that is well trained in dementia care. This care consists of stimulating activities, a specialized building design, and attention to our resident's needs.
