Bozeman Lodge offers 24 Cottage Homes. Residents will live in lovely surroundings and have easy access to lodge activities, friends and services. Our smoke-free environment is the perfect choice for full-service senior living. Each Cottage Home has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an oversized garage with automatic opener, laundry with washer and dryer and much more. Now that’s living in a service-rich environment.

As a resident of a Cottage Home, your monthly rate includes:

A spacious two-bedroom, single-level home
Oversized garage with automatic door opener
Washer and dryer
Exterior patio
Living room with gas fireplace
Individual climate controls for heating and air conditioning
All utilities (excluding personal telephone)
Scheduled transportation in our deluxe bus or van for shopping, banking, activities, medical appointments, or for other trips and entertainment
Access to all areas and community amenities in the Lodge
24-hour staffing to monitor our emergency response system
And much more!

The Lodge also houses 100 private apartments designed for your comfort and sense of security. You have a choice of a one-bedroom, one-bedroom with den or two-bedroom apartment. Each apartment has a washer and dryer, a modern kitchen, plenty of closet space for storage and all are wired for the internet. As a resident of our Lodge Apartments, your monthly rate includes:

Complete modern kitchen with dishwasher and garbage disposal
Washer and dryer in each apartment
Individual climate controls for heating and air conditioning
Two meals per day in our elegant dining room
Regularly scheduled housekeeping
All utilities (excluding personal telephone)
Scheduled transportation in our deluxe bus or van for shopping, banking, activities, medical appointments, or for other trips and entertainment
Access to Concierge Services
24-hour staffing to monitor our emergency response system
And much more!

Additional personal laundry service, meals in our Bistro Café, and concierge services are available for a fee.
