Hospitality
Both families and residents alike are delighted to discover that there’s always something happening at Belmont Village, from socials to art classes to lectures and excursions. Residents order fresh, chef-prepared meals from more than 24 daily menu items at Josephine’s Kitchen, one of the nation’s leading senior-dining programs. Fitness is fun at the exclusive Center for Life Enhancement, featuring equipment customized for older adults and supervision by a licensed physical therapist. At the Center for Learning, residents can surf the web and email family and friends via high-speed equipment designed specifically for older hands and eyes. There’s even a concierge to arrange transportation with the Belmont Village driver for shopping trips, social outings, and doctor visits.
Residences
Belmont Village residents can choose from a variety of studio, one-, and two- bedroom residence plans. While most residents provide their own furniture, Belmont Village can provide assistance with obtaining furniture if required. All Assisted Living residences have kitchenettes including an under-counter refrigerator, microwave oven, cabinets, and sink. Dementia residences do not have microwaves. Assisted living residences include a private bathroom with an easy-access shower and ample closet and storage spaces. All bathrooms have a 24-hour nightlight and grab bars. Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning are controlled individually in each residence. Blinds are provided for windows. Basic cable TV is provided in each residence. Residences feature lever handles for easy use on doors and faucets. Electrical outlets are raised and switches are lowered for easy access. Two emergency assistance call switches are provided in each residence. All residences are barrier-free. Weekly housekeeping is included in monthly rent. Laundromats are located throughout the building and are provided free of charge for residents.
Assisted Living
When residents need help with medications and other hands-on assistance, Belmont Village is ready to provide support with a licensed nurse on-site to administer medications, perform wellness checks, communicate with physicians, and attend to any health concerns that may arise. Working closely with families and personal physicians, we develop a personal life plan that respects each resident’s needs, abilities, and wealth of experiences. Need hands-on support? Ask a Belmont Village PAL, a Personal Assistance Liaison, who is among the best-trained staff members in senior living. With the information provided by regular health assessments, Belmont Village PALs are able to provide an ideal balance of support and opportunities, so that all of our residents can live each day to the fullest. Alzheimer's Care

Person-Centered Living® at Belmont Village is an individually tailored, research-based program for Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. Residents live in our "Neighborhood," a separate and secured area within the senior living community, and enjoy Belmont Village's hallmark programs, amenities and design. A staff specially trained in memory care is on duty around-the-clock. Programming focuses on "mental workouts," encompassing the six areas of cognition, and enabling residents to exercise their minds and memories every day.
