Many exceptional amenities are provided for residents to comfortably visit with
friends and family and to participate in activities and learning.
Great Room
Like the lobby of a fine lodge, the Great Room welcomes all to Belmont Village.
This beautifully appointed room includes public and private sitting and conversation
nooks, a piano and elegant fireplace. The Belmont Village concierge greets everyone
and is readily available for assistance and information.
Bistro
The Bistro is the perfect place to enjoy a beverage, hors d'oeuvres or continental
breakfast. A favorite gathering place to visit with friends or relax with the
morning newspaper.
Town Hall
Belmont's multi-purpose room is a gathering place for community events and activities
such as crafts, exercise classes, dances, meetings, and special presentations
by outside groups. Town Hall also plays host to regularly scheduled Resident
Council meetings.
Library
Belmont Village has a complete library including videos, books with large type
and books on tape all within easy reach. Residents can choose to read in one
of the room's comfy chairs or check out volumes to take to their residences.
Newspapers are also available.
Salon
Everyone likes to be pampered. Full styling services including haircuts and
permanents are available for men and women. Manicures, pedicures and facials
are also available.
Marketplace
This boutique-style shop offers residents the convenience of purchasing toiletries,
health care supplies, writing materials, snacks, cards, small gifts, and other
sundries without leaving Belmont Village.
Gardens and Landscaping
To enhance the beauty of each of our communities, Belmont Village features a
variety of local flowers, trees and shrubs as part of its community landscaping
program. Wherever possible, outdoor areas are designed to be enjoyed like one
would enjoy a backyard. Waist-level planters are available for residents' use.
Guest Accommodations
Friends and family are always welcome at Belmont Village. Whenever possible,
residences are reserved for their use and are available for a reasonable charge.
Center
for Learning
At Belmont Village, residents are encouraged to pursue old hobbies and to develop
new ones. At the Center for Learning, they have access to computers so they
can surf the Internet, send and receive e-mail, create greeting cards, play
parlor games, or simply sit and listen to music. It's all a matter of choice.
Training classes are provided. The Center for Learning also provides community
management with a working classroom for orientation and training of all staff
members who build skills for supporting our senior residents.
Center for Life Enhancement
We're never too old to feel fit! Many Belmont Village locations provide physical
conditioning and strength training at the Center for Life Enhancement. Residents
benefit from individualized, supervised exercise programs using the latest techniques
