At Baywinde, there are no endowment fees or expensive asset sign-overs. We are committed to offering quality senior living at the most affordable rates. A simple deposit reserves your patio home or apartment, and one simple monthly fee includes many services and amenities, for your convenience. We also offer electronic banking for payments if you prefer.

Our fees include all of the campus amenities, as well as the services listed with each rate below. A second person fee may be applied for an additional resident, depending on the lifestyle you choose.

For those who are searching for increased services and support for themselves or a loved one, Baywinde offers assisted living at Sage Harbor.
Cheerful, conscientious staff members are there to help with personal care, medication supervision and stimulating activities, and are available 24-hours a day. Residents have more time to enjoy events and leisure activities because our friendly staff assists with laundry and household chores, and our professional chefs prepare delicious meals each day.

Companion, alcove and one-bedroom apartment homes are available. All are equipped with kitchenettes that offer plenty of cupboard space, a sink, apartment-sized refrigerator, and even a microwave. Apartments also feature individually controlled heating and air conditioning, and private baths.

Residents have many attractive, cozy lounges to gather, play billiards or watch a movie. The central atrium with its fireplace and grand piano, draws residents together to socialize. The sunny, brightly-lit Activity Center and attached greenhouse offer the perfect spot for crafts, games, hobbies and speakers. Baywinde's Memory Care Neighborhood, located within Sage Harbor's Assisted Living Community, has specially designed households for those with Alzheimer's disease and related memory loss or dementias.



The community is a wonderful alternative when care at home becomes unsafe or too stressful for caregivers, and is recommended for persons with early to mid-stage Alzheimer's, related dementias and memory care needs. Private suites for residents have lighted "memory boxes" near the entry door, so that those familiar objects, photos or memorabilia within the box help residents find their apartment easily. The neighborhood is divided into two neighborhoods, creating a family and home-like environment. Interior design elements make each household feel like a cozy home, a design proven to decrease the level of confusion and agitation for residents. Each household has its very own "family room" style gathering area, with a country kitchen for dining, baking and cooking with staff, and access to the secure, outdoor fragrance garden with walking paths. A large living room features music and television, and several sunrooms provide plenty of natural light, which is especially important for those with Alzheimer's. An indoor garden on wheels gives residents a chance to force colorful blooms or grow herbs.

The Memory Care staff is specially trained to assist and care for persons with Alzheimer's disease and related memory loss.
