floats and summer water aerobics compliment a robust schedule of social activities,
exercise and outings, masterfully planned by the fulltime activity director.
Multiple daily activity selections offer residents variety ranging from the
creative crafts to stimulating weekly entertainment, lectures and Web TV. The
community Chaplain leads Bible studies, religious services and is available
to minister to the personal spiritual needs of each resident. Ala carte
supportive services and licensed assisted living care are available. The emergency
response system located in each apartment is monitored 24 hours a day by trained
associates.

Banner Medical Center, Baptist Village - Thunderbird boasts a convenient community
layout that positions every apartment in close proximity to dining room, activities
and beautiful barber shop. The spacious main lobby, with fireplace and large
windows, is "meet-and-greet central". Built in 1986, many apartments
feature lovely kitchen window boxes, patios or balconies. The gracious dining
room overlooks the center courtyard with lush trees and swimming pool and spa.
The library, billiards and game room, multi-purpose room and hair salon are
centrally located. Apartment features include stoves and full-size refrigerators.
Monthly Rates
Monthly rates include: utilities,
cable television, covered parking, monthly housekeeping, free laundry facilities
and scheduled transportation for shopping. Meal plans, additional housekeeping,
medical transportation and various resident supportive services are available
for an additional fee. Assisted living rates additionally include: 3 meals daily,
snacks, frequent assurance visits, medication supervision, personal laundry
and linen service, and weekly housekeeping. Meal plans, additional housekeeping
