Building Description
This cozy community of 77 garden
homes is tucked into the mountains of Northeast Phoenix and blends into the
neighborhood. A truly unique retirement community setting, Baptist Village -
Northeast Phoenix provides an independent lifestyle with just the right amount
of support. Residents enjoy the privacy and comfort of their individual homes
with covered parking, but have the pleasure of a maintenance- free lifestyle.
The single level garden homes are complimented by a community building and special
features: billiards, game room, arts and crafts, woodworking shop, exercise
room, shuffle board, indoor heated swimming pool and spa, laundry facilities
and library. The spacious garden homes include patios, full kitchens with all-electric
appliances, storage and utility room with washer/dryer hook ups, emergency response
system, walk-in closets, safety features in the bathrooms (upon request), smoke
detectors, and individual temperature controls.
Monthly Rates
Comfortable one and two bedroom floor
plans are available. Living at Baptist Village is affordable with a lease or
buy-in option. The monthly fees include refuse pick up and water. Telephone
and electric are the responsibility of the resident. A security deposit is required
with each lease; additional deposits for pets and smoking.
