Autumn House caters specifically to seniors with memory loss disorders such as Alzheimer’s and dementia.  A team of qualified caregivers is always available to provide supportive assistance and compassionate care. Certified Dementia Practitioners are on-site to gently redirect any difficult behaviors and help when residents become confused or disorientated. Medical and psychiatric services are provided. The community is located on five acres of land and is completely secure, giving seniors the freedom to safely walk around. Residents reside in one of four houses, and every senior has a private suite. Each of the homes has a sitting area and dining room. The layout has been designed to reduce confusion and provide a homelike environment. Social, recreational and therapeutic activities are available on a daily basis. Family members are encouraged to participate in the daily activities.
