Apartments are decorated with the resident's own furnishings and belongings, creating a small neighborhood setting within a larger community, full of activity. It is an independent way of life, with the confidence of knowing that there is 24-hour assistance readily available to meet the resident's needs. Residents take comfort in knowing that we offer a continuum of care, no need to move if care needs should change. No community fees or security deposits are required.

Secured Assisted Living - The Seasons Program

This environment is secured, restraint' free and modified to reduce agitation, provide appropriate stimulation and allow maximum independence. An environment that seeks to help residents maintain optimum dignity and function at the highest level possible, for as long as possible. The Program is tailored allowing for individualized treatment. Residents can enjoy an enclosed sensory garden. Families take comfort in knowing that we offer a continuum of care. No community fees or security deposits are required.

Skilled Nursing at the Holly Center

This environment provides care at different levels to residents who can no longer live independently because of physical frailty, altered mental status, and emotional trauma or chronic illness. It has been designed for residents whose condition requires 24-hour, intense nursing supervision, on a permanent or rehabilitative basis. Residents and their families are able to participate in the care planning process. Residents are encouraged to decorate and personalize their rooms. The staff receives ongoing education and training in the latest care techniques. Resident's personal/ attending physician may follow them to the Holly Center. Special family support programs and groups are available. Our skilled nursing neighborhood presents well; it looks new, fresh, bright, and cheery.

Sub-Acute at the Holly Center

This medically aggressive setting is uniquely qualified to care for individuals with multiple complex diagnoses that requires complicated nursing interventions. All admitted residents receive concentrated on-site nursing care, after surgical procedures and/or trauma. This specialized environment offers cardiac care, on-site comprehensive rehabilitation services, which included: Physical, Occupational, Physiatrist and Speech Therapists.

Arbor Glen is a Quaker-directed Continuing Care Retirement Community. Enhanced Living

A unique neighborhood setting for those residents who can no longer live independently, however, do not require 24-hour monitoring available to an assisted living environment. This is a social model unlike a clinical model. It is designed as a community within a community, offering an intimate, elegant, and catered lifestyle.
