Independent Villas - Enjoy independent,
condominium-style affordable living in our Ranch Villas. We offer seniors the
opportunity to participate in campus activities and enjoy the independence of
condominium living without the continued expense of association fees and special
assessments. Our ranch villas include a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Each
morning you can enjoy continental breakfast at The Manor next door and
participate in our daily activities. Choose from 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms with 2
bathrooms and a den. Optional amenities and services include weekly laundry,
lunch, and a carport. Rates start at $1450 per month.
Independent Manor - Senior residents of our
Independent Manor will enjoy complete independent living in spacious apartments
equipped with full kitchens. The Independent Manor is designed to bring ease to
everyday living with such services as weekly housekeeping and continental
breakfast. You will enjoy socializing in our community lounges and participating
in our campus activities. Choose from 1 and 2 bedrooms with 1 or 2 Bathrooms and
a den, all with full kitchens. Optional services and amenities include weekly
laundry, lunch, and a carport. Rates start at $1975 per month including basic
utilities.
The Manor - At the Manor, receive the comforts of
home and the amenities of a fine hotel. Awake each morning to the smell of fresh
baked goods in our first floor kitchen as we prepare continental breakfast. Then
head to the Fitness Center for your daily exercise. You may want to visit the
Computer Lab or participate in some scheduled activities. By now you may be
ready for lunch, so back to our dining room for our chef's delight. Enjoy daily
maid service, weekly housekeeping and laundry and your choice of 1 and 2
bedrooms with 1 or 2 bathrooms and a den all with kitchenettes. Rates start at
$2375 per month including basic utilities.
Stone - For more than a decade, American House
Stone has serviced area seniors. Stone, originally a school, has become part of
the Village of Rochester Hills offering congregate living in studio apartments.
Stone is designed for seniors that may need some assistance from time to time.
Providing three daily meals, housekeeping and laundry, residents can find
comfort in knowing that all of their cares and concerns are left at the door
once they walk into Stone. Enjoy participating in our planned campus activities
with the other residents. When needed, independent personal care providers are
available to assist with activities of daily living. Rates start at $2275 per
month including basic utilities.
The Terrace - Nestled behind Stone, another
congregate living community offering residents the same comfort, security, and
entertainment as living at Stone. Again, providing three daily meals,
housekeeping and laundry, residents are provided carefree living in either a one
or two bedroom unit. Rates start at $2475 per month including basic utilities.
