Included with the rent is: continental breakfast, daily dinner (noon) and supper (5pm) meals, daily and weekly housekeeping service, heat, water, sewer, trash removal, and 24 hour emergency assistance. Residents have the option of weekly laundry services at an additional cost. For additional needs, a personal care provider is available to help with medicine reminders, showers, dressing, escorts within the building, a.m. and/or p.m. assistance, and much more. In the building we have a chapel, sitting areas on each floor, beauty salon used by men and women, inside mailboxes (incoming and outgoing), and a community laundry facility. Our activity director schedules many activities within the building as well as outings with our bus. Activities can be anything from exercise and strength training, arts and crafts, social gathering, parties, cards, games, church services, bible study, and cognitive games. As for outings, there are trips to local banks, shopping centers, restaurants, and much more.
