Complete with central air conditioning. A full-sized refrigerator, electric stove with oven. A spacious laundry room with a stackable washer and dryer. Large closets. Services included are: lawn maintenance, trash removal, and continental breakfast. Join in the activities in our main building. Transportation to the grocery store, bank and other outings. Optional services offered are meals, housekeeping at an additional fee. Small pets are welcome. Rental rates start at $1100 - $1250. Farmington Hills also offers assistance in our main building. We have a special Service company on our premises to assist with showers, medication reminder, and an assortment of other services 24 hours. For an additional fee. We have 58 units which include efficiency and one-bedroom units. Services included are daily housekeeping, and laundry services. Three meals serviced in our dining room. All utilities are included. We offer a full activities program. Scheduled transportation to the Grocery store, Bank and other outings. We also have a beauty/barbershop on the premises. Rental rates $2025.00 and $2300.00
