American House Farmington Hills offers two types of living-Villas with a private entrance and Apartments. Villas
American House Farmington Hills has 24 independent villas with a private entrance on one level. We offer one- and two-bedroom units. All of our homes are complete with central air conditioning, a full-sized refrigerator, an electric stove with oven, and a spacious laundry room with a stackable washer and dryer. Our units have large closets and carports. Services available include lawn maintenance, trash removal, and a daily continental breakfast.
There is the opportunity to join in the activities in our main building. And we offer personal scheduled transportation. Optional for-fee services offered include noon and supper meals and housekeeping. Small pets are welcome. Rental rates begin at $1225.
Independent Apartments
Farmington Hills also offers assistance in our main building. A third-party support services company located on our premises is available to assist with showers, medication reminders, and an assortment of other services 24 hours a day, for an additional fee. There are 58 units which include efficiency and one-bedroom units. Services included are daily housekeeping, and laundry services. Three meals are served in our dining room. All utilities are included. and we offer a full activities program. Scheduled transportation is also available to the residents of our main building. We also have a beauty/barbershop on the premises. Rental rates begin at $2125.
