Adirondack Manor HFA is tucked into a rural corner of Queensbury, NY, just a few minutes south of Glen Lake. While Queensbury has a population of 27,000, the town is spread out allowing residents to experience a piece of quaint small-town life without losing access to suburban amenities such as a local hospital, shopping plazas and golf courses.
Adirondack Manor is an adult home that offers long-term residential care to seniors. At Adirondack the mission of staff is aligned with their founder’s goal, to increase the quality of life for seniors within the local community. All residents receive three meals a day and snacks, laundry and housekeeping services, medication management and case management services to ensure they receive the care they require.

The facility features a small selection of amenities given its smaller size and overall goal to offer seniors an environment that feels like home. All residents have the choice of a private or shared suite and are encouraged to socialize in common areas like the shared dining room, living room and outdoor patio areas. There is a beauty salon on-site and scheduled activities take place every day such as morning walks around the scenic neighborhood, book clubs and social hours.
