An R.N. Case Manager is available to assess any potential new residents or answer questions regarding desired living services or levels of care.

RATES AND SERVICES Monthly Rental Fees: Brittany House offers furnished accommodations and daily assistance for the following levels of care.
ActivCare(R):
ActivCare(R) Plus: Specialized dementia care and services for residents needing extra attention.
The following services are available to each resident for an additional fee or contract arrangement with third party.
-Personal Supplies $40 per month - Incontinency $400-$450 per month
A reservation fee is required prior to occupancy. After completion of an application for residency and an assessment of the prospective resident, the admissions representative will coordinate the move-in.
In addition to long-term stays, Brittany House also offers short-term or respite stays to provide family caregivers with a much-needed break.
