Since 1989, ActivCare® at Brittany House has provided the finest residential living and care programs for residents affected by Alzheimer's Disease or other related dementia. Our goal is to promote resident self-esteem and individual dignity in a secure and non-threatening environment.
With caregivers specially trained in assisting residents, ActivCare® at Brittany House is able to promote a loving and supportive environment by bridging the gap between retirement living and skilled nursing care.
An R.N. Case Manager is available to assess any potential new residents or answer questions regarding desired living services or levels of care.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
RATES AND SERVICES Monthly Rental Fees: Brittany House offers furnished accommodations and daily assistance for the following levels of care.
ActivCare®:
ActivCare® Plus: Specialized dementia care and services for residents needing extra attention.
The following services are available to each resident for an additional fee or contract arrangement with third party.
-Personal Supplies $40 per month - Incontinency $350-$450 per month
A reservation fee is required prior to occupancy. After completion of an application for residency and an assessment of the prospective resident, the admissions representative will coordinate the move-in.
In addition to long-term stays, Brittany House also offers short-term or respite stays to provide family caregivers with a much-needed break.
