Welcome to Meth-Wick Community! Meth-Wick Community’s campus is a rare jewel in the midst of Cedar Rapids. With 65 acres of beautiful timber and gentle rolling lawns, privacy and Mother Nature are valued “features” of life at Meth-Wick Community. A picturesque pond with waterfall and koi, walking trails and fitness stations – all beckon residents to enjoy nature at their own pace. Many residents describe Meth-Wick as a small village, with all of the amenities of a big city within easy drive.
At the heart of our campus is Town Center, the social hub of Meth-Wick Community. Town Center is located at The Manor and available to all residents. This 14,000-square-foot expansion and renovation project was completed in 2011 to enhance the lives of Meth-Wick residents. Town Center includes Manor Brew coffee shop, Meth-Wick in Motion exercise class room, Fitness Zone with state-of-the-art, senior-friendly exercise equipment, library, billiards room, doctor’s office and gift shop. A beautiful outdoor courtyard with flowers and waterfalls is a popular spot with residents during warmer months.
