Memorial Home Health in Dumas, TX provides a continuity of care for clients going home from the hospital or recovering from an extended illness.
Memorial Hospice began in 1989 and was one of the first hospices in Texas. Dedicated members recognized the community’s need for hospice services, and through Moore County Hospital District, Memorial Hospice was established. A team of professionals: medical, clergy, and social workers, along with a group of dedicated volunteers began the work, bringing comfort and support to dying patients and their families.
