Welcome to Meadow View Nursing Center! Meadow View Nursing Center is a health care community located in the heart of the beautiful Laurel Highlands. The 150 bed licensed skilled nursing center brings together rehabilitation, nursing care, and medical services to meet the needs of adults in Somerset County, PA and the surrounding areas.
Meadow View offers campus amenities which include: outcomes based short-term rehab and restorative program, a secure memory support neighborhood, and a small independent living community. At Meadow View an individual’s needs can be met close to home.
Our beautifully designed community offers shared accommodations, an outdoor courtyard with dramatic views and a new state of the art therapy gym. Our mission is to create and maintain a home-like environment filled with dignity and respect while providing quality health care and promoting independence.
Meadow View is a not-for-profit establishment and accepts private pay, Medicare, Medicaid and most insurance plans. You are invited to visit us and discuss the individual needs of your loved one and how we may be of assistance.
