The Harborage is a skilled nursing facility that offers long-term care, sub-acute care, rehabilitation and ventilation therapy, palliative care and hospice. Long-term care consists of wound care, IV antibiotic therapy, tube feeding, tracheotomy care, respiratory services and restorative nursing, in addition to medication administration, catheter care, pacemaker monitoring and pain management. Rehabilitation services include physical, occupational and speech therapies, upper extremity strengthening and conditioning, prosthetic device training and neurological therapy.
