CSI has twenty-one buildings in the tri-county area and subsidy is available in all properties! Currently CSI Support has availability at many of their buildings which offer great amenities such as walk-in closets, individual controls on the heat and air conditioning, laundry facilities, community room, library and hair salon. Most buildings have a van, which gives you the opportunity to sign up for any of the various day trips.
Most of our buildings have been awarded the nationally recognized Community of Quality Award through the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA).
All residents are welcomed to become involved in the management of their building and enjoy new friendships. They also have the opportunity to participate in cultural and educational events. Jean Simmons, one of our members, told us, "When I moved here it was like moving into heaven! The building is very nice but it is the system that I like the most. I am sorry it took me so long to find it!"
