Choose from our efficiency apartments, one bedroom, or two bedroom apartments. Our apartments feature a full size kitchen, with all of the amenities as full size, frost-free refrigerator, dishwasher, electric range, and garbage disposal. In addition to the cabinet space in the kitchen, a convenient pantry is located next to the kitchen in the one-bedroom units. The two bedroom apartments have a large walk-in pantry with custom shelving available.
Residents are encouraged to custom decorate their apartment! We offer a choice of vertical blinds or beautiful drapes. Also, choose your kitchen and vanity wallpaper from our huge selection! Always wanted a pale blue living room and a forest green bedroom? Just tell us the color and we will get started painting your new apartment! The dining room in each apartment offers a choice between a Williamsburg chandelier or a ceiling fan with lights. Also, for an additional charge, we can install Berber carpet in your new home if you would like.
Gatewood apartments have a unique layout, unlike most apartments. Instead of opening your front door and seeing a parking lot, all of our apartments open into interior hallways.
