This is a HUD - financed senior citizen building with rent subsidy available for each of its 80 apartments. It is managed by CSI Support & Development Services.

Using CSI Support & Development Services' 36 years of experience in housing, this building has been designed and equipped with all residents in mind. We encourage and expect each resident to help make the building secure and safe both on his/her own and through cooperation with the entire building.

Ecorse Manor Senior Apartments, a three story building, is located in a quiet neighborhood. Each unit is a one - bedroom unit. Each unit has its own controls for the air conditioning and heat. The second and third floor both have comfortable lounges and balconies. The laundry facility is also located on the second floor.

The first floor has a large community room, a library and an arts and crafts room. The building's monthly meetings are held in the community room. The community room is available for members to get together and visit with each other or to watch the big screen T.V. There are units designed for the mobility impaired conveniently located on the first floor. There is also a large parking lot for residents with cars and plenty of parking for visitors.
