The newly renovated LaBelle Towers located on Woodward Avenue across from Highland Park Place and Model-T Plaza and down the street from Aldis. This friendly, affordable cooperative for seniors has undergone a one-and-a-half million dollar building upgrade which includes renovated units, new windows, laundry facilities on each floor, an all new exterior, new landscaping and more. Rent is charged on a sliding scale based on income, utilities are free. As a member, you have a voice in management. Building members make and enforce their own rules and there are plenty of activities for everyone.
