Woodhaven is Livonia's only full service retirement community offering Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Adult Day Services and Independent Living Apartments.
The Woodhaven Retirement Community was developed by the Apostolic Christian Churches of Alto, Bay City and Livonia, Michigan and Toledo, Ohio. The Livonia site was chosen because of its central location. The heavily wooded campus invites residents to enjoy the outdoors. Paths for strolling and garden plots for the "green thumbs" among us beckon.
Woodhaven is Livonia's only full service continuing care retirement community. Services include independent living, assisted living, adult day services, Alzheimer's care, and skilled nursing and rehabilitation services .

Woodhaven is proud to be providing a vital service to the residents of the greater Detroit Metropolitan community. Being entrusted with the lives of fragile loved ones is a tremendous honor. The relationships that develop between Staff and the family members of the Residents often last long after the Resident is no longer at Woodhaven. The Board of Directors is committed to keeping Woodhaven's services as affordable as possible.
Woodhaven also owns and manages the adjacent Woodpointe Apartment Homes. At Woodpointe, active older adults have the opportunity to grow older gracefully at home, due to an extensive array of services and care that can be purchased as needed.
Woodhaven has a locally famous Memory Services Center for the care and treatment of loved ones with Alzheimer's disease or other memory impairment. This unit is totally secured and includes a lovely outdoor courtyard.

Woodhaven has Michigan 's only adult day service program that is open 365 days a year. The service is also conveniently open from 5:00a.m. until 11:00p.m. every day, including weekends and holidays. The Day Program is a wonderfully flexible drop-off program with no advance scheduling required.
