Current monthly Homeowner association dues are $180.00 per month and are
described as follows: The monthly HOA dues includes two components: 1) General

Association; 2) lawn and landscaping service.** Component 1) is $60 per
month and Component 2) is $120 per month currently, for a total of $180
per month.
** Lawn and landscaping
service means: Seasonal weekly mowing of the lawn; weed control in the natural
area beds adjacent to the house; seasonal pruning of the initial shrub and tree
plantings; seasonal liming and fertilizing the lawn; and seasonal aerating and
overseeding of the lawn. Maintenance of homeowner installed additional
plantings, shrubs, trees, beds, and natural areas other than those adjacent to
the house, etc., shall be the responsibility of the homeowner.
