Assisted Living at Westminster Gardens
A Friendly Hand Helps You Live Well

At Westminster Gardens, we are committed to providing supportive care with dignity so you may enjoy life. Our customized care assessments assist you in receiving the services required under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

You can feel secure in knowing that Westminster Gardens is affiliated with Southern California Presbyterian Homes and is licensed as a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) and a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) by the California Department of Social Services.

We help you maintain your health and quality of life.

When you choose our Assisted Living plan, your monthly fee includes:

• Care staff on duty 24 – hours per day, seven days per week
• Three daily meals plus snacks, including temporary tray service
• Weekly housekeeping and laundry
• Transportation to and from local physician appointments, shopping and beauty shop
• All utilities, not including telephone
• A regular program of exercise and activities

The wonderful thing about our Assisted Living is that you're set free to enjoy life while we look after the details. It's a new freedom from worry and concern over home maintenance and some activities of daily living. Our staff will:

• Manage and maintain your medications and prescriptions
• Help with showers, bathing, dressing and personal grooming
• Assist with toilet and incontinence support
• Manage diabetes
• Schedule and manage your medical appointments
